Faculty-Led Study Abroad Course Proposal
(Outgoing Program)
This application is to be used by St. Kate's faculty members ONLY to propose a Faculty led short term study abroad course - J-Term, Spring Embedded, or Summer. This is NOT a student application to study abroad. All course proposals must be entered through this online system for each term a course is proposed - the same course proposed for J-Term 2019 and J-Term 2020 must be entered separately for each term.
If you have NOT logged into the online system to propose or manage a course:
1. Click the "Begin a Proposal" button at the bottom of this page
2. Select that you do not have login credentials to this site
3. Select that you are not currently registered at an institution
4. Enter your information (name and email address), and your login information will be emailed to you.
If you HAVE already logged into the online system to propose or manage a course:
1. Click the "Begin A Proposal" button at the bottom of this page
2. Select that you have login credentials to the site that you received by email
3. Log in using your full email address and the password you created the first time you logged in
4. If you can't remember your password, follow the "Forgot your password?" prompts
5. If you still can't log in, email globalstudies@stkate.edu and we will reset your password.
